As one might expect, money is needed to sustain and improve all the services provided by Kagando Rural Development Center. 
Kagando, through it’s community programs, addresses problem
solving in significantly different ways from other mission hospitals. Members of the community are intimately involved in all aspects of program development.
Because Kagando’s programs are designed with input from
citizens and local councils the projects have a high rate of acceptance and participation.
